What does an AI card grading report include?

A CardMintAI report gives a predicted PSA grade on the 1–10 scale and a confidence level, then grades the front and the back separately: centering, corners, edges and surface, with sub-signals for corner and edge whitening, chipping, scratches, print defects and holo condition, and a written note per side. How to read a report

The grade is capped by the weakest attribute. Like PSA, one soft corner or light whitening keeps an otherwise clean card at an 8 (see the Mega Rayquaza EX and the 2002 Umbreon above).
Front and back are graded separately. Back centering often differs from the front; PSA allows 75/25 on the back for a 10. Measure it yourself with the PSA grade calculator.
